Features

◆Adopts high-precision CNC system control with three-axis linkage.

◆The tool can be adjusted up and down, back and forth via CNC control, ensuring high milling accuracy and quick adjustment to adapt to the processing of aluminum profiles of different shapes and sizes.

◆Uses servo motor and rack-and-pinion structure to drive tool feeding. The feeding speed is adjustable, with slow cutting and high-speed retraction for more stable and efficient processing.

◆The special spindle motor is equipped with a fixed horizontal milling cutter, which can be flipped 90° by an air cylinder for milling reinforced mullion profiles.

◆The tool travel distance can be controlled by the system, greatly improving processing efficiency.

Thickened profile pressing plate prevents profile deformation.

◆Adopts fully enclosed mechanical cover structure, making processing safer, more environmentally friendly and hygienic.
