The Aluminum Profile Tenon Milling Machine is used for end milling of aluminum curtain-wall profiles. With a large work bench and long cutting stroke, it can mill multiple aluminum profiles in one operation. With adjustable cutting tools, it is unnecessary to replace multiple cutting tools in case of changing aluminum profiles so as to save the production period and cost of cutting tools. Multiple sets of cutting tools can work simultaneously or separately based on different profiles. With bigger diameter of cutting tools, the quality of machined surface is better. Features
The aluminum profiles are fixed in one position while the milling cutters are movable, which applies to the milling of long profiles in multiple quantities.
Six sets of cutting tools can be combined freely to any size according to customer’s requirement, and two sets of them can be adjusted in the range of 180°.
The required shape and size of tenon can be achieved in single work operation. And the milling cutters of different thickness can be made according to customer’s requirement.
Equipped with turbine speed reducer to make milling cutters move stably, which ensures the machining dimension of profiles.
