Brief Introduction

The single-head cutting saw is used for cutting door and window aluminum profiles and curtain wall aluminum profiles at arbitrary angles. Designed for the characteristics of high precision and special angle processing of aluminum doors and windows, its cutting size accuracy and angle accuracy reach or approach the international advanced level, making it an ideal equipment for aluminum door and window production.

◆ Variable angle cutting between 0-180° (±45° and 90° are calibrated accurately before leaving the factory, and other angles can be calibrated and positioned according to the scale).

◆ The saw blade moves up and down in a straight line under the workbench, which has high safety and can perform ultra-wide cutting.

◆ Casting integrated drill disc structure, with advantages of high precision and small deformation. ◆ The angle can be easily converted by rotating the disc with a hand-wheel and gear-rack structure.

◆ Special precision cemented carbide saw blade, the cutting feed motion guide rail adopts linear guide rail pair, and the feed guide rail is equipped with an oil injection system.

◆ The saw blade feed is powered by a combination structure of oil cylinder and air cylinder, with stable and strong power;
