1. Purpose of equipment

Aluminum profile intelligent sawing and milling workstation is an integrated intelligent door and window processing equipment developed by Stone Company according to market demand, which is mainly used for cutting, drilling, milling, corner cutting and other processes of door and window aluminum profiles and industrial aluminum profiles. All processing data, milling hole position and other information of the workstation can be seamlessly docked with the door and window design software through the transmission medium, and the equipment automatically processes in turn according to the processing data.

2. Equipment structure

The aluminum profile intelligent sawing and milling workstation is divided into three parts, namely a feeding section, a host machine and a discharging section.

The feeding section can place multiple aluminum profiles at one time, and the automatic clamping manipulator can automatically clamp, clamp and feed the aluminum profiles according to the section of the profiles.

The host can be divided into milling unit and cutting unit, which can automatically complete milling and cutting processing.

The milling unit adopts 6-axis CNC linkage, which can realize 360 ° full coverage milling of aluminum profiles on all sides. Two groups of motion units work independently, which can realize synchronous milling of two spindles and improve work efficiency. At the same time, it is equipped with laser milling (the standard version does not have laser milling) and laser scribing functions, which can realize the efficient processing of various types of drainage holes, corner grooves, lock holes and positioning lines.

The cutting unit adopts the layout of independent operation of three spindle motors. Two 45 ° cutting motors and one 90 ° cutting motor are fixed and installed independently to complete the ± 45 ° and 90 ° cutting of aluminum profiles respectively. The cutting machine head adopts the structure of high precision spindle motor directly connected to the saw blade, so the cutting is stable and durable, and the processing precision is high. The displacement of the saw blade is driven by the servo motor to realize the functions of fast forward, work forward and fast backward, which not only ensures the cutting accuracy of the profile angle, but also improves the processing efficiency. And that three-spindle motor divide the work for cutting, thereby eliminate the angle conversion time of a single saw blade, obviously improving the cutting efficiency and prolonging the service life of the saw blade.

The cutting unit is specially equipped with an automatic milling device, which can directly mill holes according to the processing data after one-time clamping and sawing. This structure can significantly improve the position accuracy of glue injection holes and pin holes by reducing repeated positioning errors.

The discharge section is equipped with an automatic grabbing manipulator and an automatic label printer, which can realize the functions of rapid positioning, rapid discharge, automatic label printing and automatic transmission and blanking.

3. Equipment characteristics

Equipped with two sets of CNC systems, it can execute the program of automatic milling of various hole types, and can also automatically execute the feeding and cutting program.

The feeding manipulator is driven by servo, which can realize automatic control of X, Y and Z axes, and can automatically clamp according to the section of the profile. It can discharge 7 pieces of materials and automatically feed them in turn.

Milling aluminum profile can realize 360 ° full coverage processing of four sides of the profile. With multi-axis CNC linkage, especially suitable for the processing of drainage holes (hidden drainage, open drainage, external drainage, floor drain drainage), corner grooves and lock holes, laser marking at the middle position, optional laser milling function.

The cutting part of the main machine adopts the layout of independent operation of three spindle motors. And two main shaft motor for cutting angle of 45 degrees are fixedly arranged respectively, wherein one main shaft motor is used for cut that angle of 45 degrees, and the other main shaft motor is used for cutting the angle of -45 degrees, so that the cutting precision is ensured. The other spindle motor cuts 90 °. The three-spindle motor can work separately, which prolongs the service life of the saw blade and improves the cutting efficiency.

The cutting machine head adopts the diamond saw blade directly connected by the motor, so the cutting is stable and durable, and the processing precision is high; Servo drive is used to complete the sawing function, realize the functions of fast forward, work forward and fast backward, and improve the processing efficiency.

The cutting part of the host is also equipped with the function of milling the glue injection hole and the pin hole. After the angle is cut, the glue injection hole and the pin hole can be directly milled according to the processing data to ensure the position accuracy.

Servo drive of discharging manipulator can realize quick discharging and quick positioning functions, and can realize automatic output of the shortest material.

The discharging part is also equipped with an automatic marking and labeling mechanism, which is stable and efficient.
